Do you keep a to-do list when you need to accomplish things for your projects?

If yes, how do you keep motivated to start and be able to tick every item off your list during the day?
I do. I have separate to-do lists for work and personal, and both have helped me immensely to keep me on top of my game as they remind me of what I have to do first, what can be prioritize least, etc. ...
I use Flocus App. It allows me to colour code work / personal / travel etc. I also use it as a diary. Very satisfying ticking off each task!
